Mark J. Springett is a Mental Performance Consultant and Professional Member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) in the U.S. and has provided Mental Skills Training to athletes and performers for the past 14 years. He is a graduate of the Sport Psychology Masters program at John F. Kennedy University in California. 

Mark, who is originally from the UK, is now based in Los Angeles, CA. He has travelled extensively to provide mental coaching in the competition arena, including at LPGA Q-school (golf), the junior U.S. Open (tennis), Breeder's Cup & Del Mar Races (horse racing), the U.S. Olympic Training Center (Archery), USA Fencing National Championships and NCAA Conference Finals (Swimming).
    

He has made several TV and Radio appearances. In tennis, he has been a longstanding sponsor of the prestigious Easter Bowl (2012-present), the G16-18s Hard Courts National Championships (2013-present) and this year added the International Spring Championships. He has also sponsored the Clay Courts (2012). He has spoken on his subject of expertise: "Perceptions and Strategies of Psychological Momentum among Competing Tennis Players" at both Evert Tennis Academy (2012) and Azusa Pacific University (2010). He has written tennis psychology articles for ncsasports.org.

In golf, he was a guest speaker at the California Golf Club of San Francisco (2010), where he spoke on "Techniques for Tournament Golf". He also spoke at the Bay Area Golf Show (2009) and has led workshops at Presidio Golf Club including "The Consistency Academy" (2010). He has written golf psychology articles for makeitpro.com.

In 2011 Mark joined the Document Review Committee for
Safe4Athletes.org, whose mission is to be an "advocate for athlete welfare where every athlete is provided a safe and positive environment free of sexual abuse, bullying and harassment."
