What is Golf MST?

Have you ever made a great drive and approach shot to 10-feet, only to 3-putt? As you stand on the next tee box you find yourself thinking about that missed birdie opportunity and can't quite believe how you wound up with a bogey! If this sounds familiar, you might benefit from some golf Mental Skills Training (MST).

Golf MST includes but is not limited to helping you:

- focus and recover from an errant shot
- stay positive on the golf course
- handle pressure, especially in the short game
- develop a pre-shot routine for driving/irons, chipping and putting
- visualize your shots before executing them & to prepare for tournament rounds
- build your confidence
- set golf goals
- work on your motivation & learn how to manage your energy
- develop a pre-performance routine (to prepare you mentally and physically before you start your round)
- develop a game plan & reflect on your tournament rounds (including your course management)
